The North Central Highland Cattle Association is proud to offer high quality entries with progressive genetics. Lots are from some of the top breeders in the country. Descriptions, photos and pedigrees are posted on this site as well as through the online auction site.

auction format
- Col. Chisum Peterson, https://petersonlandauction.com/ will handle the sale on site at the Plager Building at the Mower County Fairgrounds in Austin, Minnesota.
- The sale will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday September 20, 2024. Viewing of sale animals will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m.
- If you are unable to attend the auction, you can watch the sale and bid online via CCi.live, who will manage the online broadcasting. Register and sign up prior to sale day to guarantee your online seat is saved and buyer number processed. We recommend you register online at CCi.live at least 48 hours prior to the sale.
- All auction lots are eligible for purchase in the USA only
- Sellers set "Reserves" (minimum selling prices) for consigned lots. Those reserves are built in to the auction site near the close of the bidding and are applied through the auction process. While reserves are not published, if you have the top bid at the close of the auction, you can be assured that the reserve has been met.
paying for purchased lots
- Terms of the in person sale are cash, check or credit card (4% fee) payable immediately following the sale.
- For online buyers, you will receive an invoice from NCHCA via Quickbooks. Buyers will have until 9 p.m. on September 21st to pay for their animals or to make arrangements to pay by ACH bank transfer or credit card (4% convenience fee) with Julianne Motis, NCHCA Treasurer.
shipping
Buyers are responsible for arrangements for shipping and they should be made prior to the sale. Animals will ship directly from the sale facility before Sunday September 22nd at 11:00 a.m. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Buyers should work directly with sellers to arrange for alternative schedules.
